Ingredients:
Citrus X Paradise (Grapefruit) Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Oil
Directions:
Pour 6-8 drops to your diffuser for vaporisation. Pour 5 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water for inhalation. Add 5 drops to 10 ml base oil for massage.
Remarks:
Do not use undiluted on the skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy or on children without medical advice.
